TO MAKE A PURCHASE
Please look at 'Products' on the 'Home' page and select the items that you wish to buy. Click on the appropriate size or colour and 'Add to Cart'.
After you have finished your selection, please check your purchases are correct and click on 'Update Cart' or 'Check Out'.
For payment either 'Create' or 'Log In' to a PayPal Account and add the required information.
On completion click on 'Agree and Continue' and the order will be processed.
Once your order has been accepted you will receive a Confirmation by email.
If there is a change of price or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, or there has been a delay in shipment of new stock, we will always contact you as soon as possible after receiving the order to confirm with you that you wish to go ahead with the purchase.
We accept credit payment via PayPal. To purchase or to process your payment you do not have to have a PayPal account. Please contact us directly if you wish to make different arrangements for delivery or collection or to enquire about alternative payment methods.
All goods remain the property of The Feather Company London until full payment has been received from the purchasing party contracting with The Feather Company London.
