Shipping and Handling

A charge for shipping and handling will be added to each order dispatched to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland.  A separate order is required for each delivery address.

A delivery is based upon goods being delivered to one single address, at the standard rate of £4.99.  For additional addresses, a new order must be made for each new address at the standard rate of £4.99 per address.

We regret that we can no longer ship to addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland

Delivery Schedule

We will send your order to you within 15 working days.  For orders specially requested, add a further 10 working days. 

You will be notified by email of any exceptional circumstance.

Item not in Stock

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.  If the item has been discontinued, you will be notified by email and your order will be amended accordingly.

‘Unavailable’ stock:  Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Guarantee and Refund

We guarantee your satisfaction.  All of our products may be returned within 30 days.  If you are not satisfied with the products, you have received you may return them in the original condition and packaging  that you receive them, without being used, with certificate of posting, and within 14 days of delivery.  We will then reimburse you with the full amount of the product/s purchased.

As a purchaser within the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract with The Feather Company London.   If you cancel your order then you will have your payment returned once we have received the goods.
