Payment Options
You can order from the secure on-line store via RBS WorldPay, using the Credit Card Payment form. All credit card payments are handled by RBS WorldPay, a Secure Server, which ensures that non-one is able to obtain your credit card details or any other information, and that the payment system is fully secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo. We also accept personal cheques.
No item will be charged until it is ready for despatch. The goods remain the property of The Feather Company until full payment has been received.
Your credit card details and personal information will under no circumstances be passed to any third party.
Handling
A standard charge of £2 will be applied to delivery addresses in the UK. A separate order is required for each delivery address.
We regret that we can no longer ship to addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Schedule
Despatch of your order depends upon availability, as follows:-
Items in Stock: despatched within 1-5 working days of order receipt.
Special Order requests: despatched within 1-6 weeks of order receipt.
Out of Stock/Unavailable: Please Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Item not in Stock
Your item(s) will be ordered for you if not in stock. You will be e-Mailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
Returns Refund Policy
Any product may be returned by insured post in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. We will then reimburse you with the full value of your purchase.
